Hi, I'm Nicole Burley and I'm a certified Life Coach and Health Coach.

Answers To The Top Four Questions People Ask Before Joining The Club.

1. Can I try the Club first before I join?

Absolutely. I am delighted to offer you a 30-day, no-obligation free trial of the Basic Membership. Cancel any time before your 30-days are up and there's no charge at all. Easy-peasy. Most folks tend to stick around, though ;)

2. What if I don't like one of the Monthly Moves you send out - or it just doesn't feel relevant to me?

No worries at all. You never have to do anything you don't want to do! The Monthly Moves are all based on proven healthy habits where there is scientific consensus about their effectiveness. That said, if there's a Move that's just not doin' it for ya, you are welcome to revisit a previous Move or select something that feels more appropriate for you. As long as you're working on SOMEthing, you'll be doing just fine!

3. Is there a long-term commitment to be in the Club?

4. What if I'm not on Facebook? Should I still join the Club?
