Hi, I'm Nicole Burley and I'm a certified Life Coach and Health Coach.

In 2012 I decided to create an online Club that would combine 3 of my favorite things:

  1. Healthy eating.
  2. Helping people lose weight.
  3. Connecting on Facebook (Yes, I love Facebook).

You see, I wanted to build a place where frustrated dieters could easily come together to lose weight, practice healthy eating, and cheer each other on.

I also wanted to offer the ongoing structure and accountability that can really make the difference between seeing lasting results in your body... and simply losing the same 2lbs over and over again.

In essence, I wanted to give you all the tools you'd need not just to lose weight - but to actually keep it off!

And I wanted to do all of this without dieting. Because dieting stinks.

Accountability Sessions

Social Support = Our Facebook Group.

The Healthy Habits Coaching Club features a private online community that exists on Facebook. This is where you're going to find all the support and encouragement you need to stay focused and inspired.

Multiple studies have shown that social support is a hugely important factor in health and weight loss success, so our private Facebook group is the perfect place for you to stay connected - and stay motivated.

If you check Facebook even once a day it's easy to participate in the club and see all the various posts popping up in your newsfeed (And - ahem - speaking for myself, I know that I check Facebook way more than once a day!).

I hang out in our Facebook group quite a bit, so I'm frequently available to you to answer questions, issue fun challenges, and encourage your success!

And, of course, you'll be in the company of all your fellow club members who will always cheer you on - or listen to you vent!

Answers To The Top Four Questions People Ask Before Joining The Club.

1. Can I try the Club first before I join?

Absolutely. I am delighted to offer you a 30-day, no-obligation free trial of the Basic Membership. Cancel any time before your 30-days are up and there's no charge at all. Easy-peasy. Most folks tend to stick around, though ;)

(Note: There is no free trial of the Premium Membership)

2. What if I don't like one of the Monthly Moves you send out - or it just doesn't feel relevant to me?

No worries at all. You never have to do anything you don't want to do! The Monthly Moves are all based on proven healthy habits where there is scientific consensus about their effectiveness. That said, if there's a Move that's just not doin' it for ya, you are welcome to revisit a previous Move or select something that feels more appropriate for you. As long as you're working on SOMEthing, you'll be doing just fine!

3. Is there a long-term commitment to be in the Club?

Nope. Start anytime, and stop anytime. You are always in charge.

4. Can I upgrade/downgrade from Basic to Premium or from Premium to Basic?

Whenever you like! As soon as you sign up for a Basic Membership, you will be invited to upgrade to Premium right there on the spot. After that, you will be in complete control of your own account. You'll receive a link to manage your membership, and you can downgrade to Basic (or cancel) whenever you like. If you have had a Basic Membership for a while and would like to upgrade to Premium, you'll be offered the upgrade link upon request. It's easy-peasy - and you are always in control. As long as you maintain your Basic membership in the club, you can add or subtract the Premium Membership option whenever you like.

What if I'm not on Facebook? Should I still join the Club?

Yes! But then I would strongly recommend upgrading to the Premium Membership, or taking advantage of the special 'insider' club rates on private sessions with me. Having some sort of social support is extremely beneficial when you're trying to change your habits - and, if you aren't on Facebook, you won't be able to enjoy all the encouragement, information, and connection that the group provides. If that's the case, I would encourage you to make use of the monthly Accountability Sessions that come with the Premium membership so that you can maximize your success in the Club.
