Eat the whole grain in its whole grain form.
Ideally, you want to see the word ‘WHOLE’ as the very first word in the ingredient list. This means that it contains predominantly WHOLE grains. You don’t need to throw out perfectly good food, but start becoming aware of what may be lurking in your kitchen! Commit to shopping differently on your very next shopping trip.
For the next 30 days, MOVE your body for at least 30-minutes every day.

Whatever your current stance on movement, exercise, physical activity, I would encourage you to read through this Monthly Move and see what kinds of thoughts bubble up for you. BODIES and physicality and weight and movement can be complicated sometimes. It’s important, in my opinion, to unearth all of your thoughts and feelings about it - so that you can truly act in your own best interest.
I want to start off by telling you what makes me really sad about poor sleep.
Sleep is one of the greatest things you can do for your health - and yet it is usually the FIRST thing that gets compromised when life gets hectic. We think we don’t really need it because, in the short-term, it seems like we can get by with less.
We seem to take pride in getting by on little to no sleep - and it’s never made sense to me!
It’s like taking pride in using less OXYGEN than everyone else. Who cares? No one is keeping score. The only one who suffers is YOU. And, at least in my book, it’s not okay for you to suffer in your life - at all - if you can help it. And - I promise - this is something that is within your power to control.
But sometimes you want even more accountability to keep yourself focused, motivated, and moving forward.

Whenever you like! As soon as you sign up for a Basic Membership, you will be invited to upgrade to Premium right there on the spot. After that, you will be in complete control of your own account. You'll receive a link to manage your membership, and you can downgrade to Basic (or cancel) whenever you like. If you have had a Basic Membership for a while and would like to upgrade to Premium, you'll be offered the upgrade link upon request. It's easy-peasy - and you are always in control.
